Functions and features:
1) Power saving battery:
The walkie talkie will enter power saving mode if a signal is not
received or no operations take place within 10 seconds (time can
be programmed).

2) Low battery volume alarm:
When the battery volume is lower than the set limit, the red light
will flash and emit an alarm, indicating that the battery needs to
be changed or charged (if the machine is used further it will stop
working and the battery will need to be changed).

3) Monitor:
If there is no signal, the clear noise circuit will automatically
silence the speaker, thus cutting out background noise (clear noise
circuit can be manually silenced by pressing the MONI key).

4) Wired copy function:
Connect two walkie-talkies with the appropriate copy line, turn on
the power to receive data, and enter the user mode. Then set the
channel of the transmitting walkie-talkie on CH8, press MONI
continuously and meanwhile turn on the power. 3 seconds later, the
device will enter the copy mode, the red and green lights will light
up.

Press the PTT key on the transmitting walkie-talkie to send data to
the receiving device, at this time, red and green lights flash until
the transmission is finished, and then return to the long lighting
mode in preparation for the next transmission.

When the receiving device receives the signal, the green light will
flash, and then return to the long lighting mode when finished. If
an error occurs during transmission, the red lights of both transmitting
and receiving sides will flash. At this time, both users need to turn
off their machines and restart, then begin to send and receive data again.

5) Overtime talking protection:
This function prevents the using of a single channel too long
continuously, thus preventing the walkie talkie heating up due
to prolonged use. If the transmission time surpasses the set TOT
limited time, the walkie-talkie will stop transmitting and emit
an alarm. Release the PTT switch to stop the alarm, and then press
it again to go over to the transmitting mode.

6) Mute audio (optional):
Able to install 38 groups of standard mute audio modules (set using
a computer program), the walkie talkie may be set with CTCSS signal
codes. CTCSS signal codes are mute audio signals that can be used for
choosing calls and group calls.

In one channel, only those walkie talkies with the same CTCSS can talk
with each other (if a CTCSS signal different from the user's is received,
they will not hear this signal). Conversely, if the user sends a signal,
it can only be received by those using the same CTCSS signal.

Note:
Although using channels with CTCSS mute audio will stop others from
calling the user, calls can still be heard by others.
